Inspired by Heart of Oak, the official march of the Royal Navy, the Heart of Oak Memory Tree is a special way to commemorate a loved one connected to the Royal Navy, Royal Marines or Royal Fleet Auxiliary - and support the work of Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity within the wider naval community.
Create your personalised leaf in-memory and set up a monthly donation - and we'll produce, install and maintain your leaf on the Memory Tree, which is made of steel and standing proud in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. We'll also give you access to a virtual version of your leaf and Memory Page, where you can add memories and photos to share with family and friends.

For 365 days a year, those who serve in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary protect us from threats and are ready to respond. Their dedication to protecting others can sometimes be an isolating journey and they need to know that they are not alone - that we are here, standing alongside them in support and solidarity.
Since 2007, Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity has funded many types of projects and facilities to support those who serve today. We also distribute millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxillary.
